And we are not only talking about the harvest, but also about carbon, which is becoming the new currency of the global agricultural sector.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd2c What is Carbon Farming?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Carbon farming is a system of practices that help the soil absorb more carbon than it releases.<\/p>\n\n<p>This includes:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>no-till cultivation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>green manures and cover crops,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>composting and biostimulants,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>agroforestry and permanent mulching.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Every ton of carbon captured can be accounted for and converted into carbon credits.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udf0d World cases<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udde6\ud83c\uddfa Australia \u2013 Carbon Neutral Farming<\/h3>\n\n<p>An Australian government program allows farmers to earn carbon credits that they sell on the exchange. This means they have the potential to become a giant carbon bank.
