Reclamation of land damaged as a result of the war

The State Environmental Inspectorate estimates that the damage caused by the Russian Federation to the country’s ecosystems reaches one trillion two hundred and sixty billion hryvnias. Of this, the damage to land resources amounts to four hundred billion hryvnias, more than two billion of which is due to soil pollution. And it takes almost thirty years to fully restore the fertile layer. Among the technologies used to restore them are reclamation, land reclamation, phytomelioration, and various chemical methods of purification. So which one is less expensive and more effective? What new developments in soil cleanup and restoration are offered by scientific institutions?
